The Office of Sharon Graeber Architect, PLLC (SGA/PLLC) was Incorporated in the State of North Carolina in April of 2004. SGA/PLLC successfully completed projects for: the Guilford County School System, North Carolina A&T State University, Habitat for Humanity, and a number of private clients throughout the State of North Carolina.
In March of 2025 Sharon Graeber Architecture & Art PC (SGA&A) was incorporated.

Residential Projects of Note
I have successfully completed numerous residential single family renovations, additions and Multifamily development proposals for Investor Groups in Maryland and North Carolina.

(Pictured Left) Sanctuary 2000 - Multifamily Housing Proposal published in "Blueprints" a publication of the National Building Museum, Washington, DC.

Sanctuary 2000 is an eighty (80) Unit (domed) Residential Community encircling a six (6) acre park. The structure consists of twenty (20) five (5) level segments separated by vertical circulation cores. The living units and their dome form a barrier against both environmental elements and other unwanted outside forces.​​

Pre-Design & Educational Services
Pre-Design Services consist of Utilization and Feasibility Studies, Scope of Work Development Assistance, the Development of Preliminary Floor Plans and Elevations and/or Architectural Renderings.

I have a passion for the education of Young People and the General Public in reference to what Designers and Architects do. In January of 2024 I completed a Residency at GROW with Creative Greensboro during which I developed grade approprirate workbooks and taught Introduction to Design classes for Primary, Middle and High School students (pictured middle right). I also completed three (3) new works, acrylic on canvass.​
